Well the suspense is over.....here she is.....The revealing of the next Shirley Temple Replica......

Yes, she was posing. She was bouncing around all crazy and happy. She loves her CURLS. Oh my....I know what I'll have to do everytime her hair is wet! Haha

Pretty Fingers and Toes & soon to be Shirley Temple Hair

Well, hopefully the next blog will have the results of the Shirley Temple hairdo. I bought Cassandra a Shirley Temple DVD and of course she wanted her hair curly like hers. So.....of course we went out and bought some pink spongy rollers and rolled her hair.
I was surprised she didn't complain one little bit about taking her nap and sleeping on the rollers.

And we call ole Jase, Mr. Spike and of course he corrects us and says, "no me Big Boy"

Yes, we went to town in our pink rollers. Everyone at Wal Mart was saying, Oh....how cute. She's so darling. Especially the older ladies. They were cute. One lady carried on a long conversation with us about how her Momma used to curl her hair to look like Shirley Temple too when she was a little girl. Awe.... and of course Cassandra was all ears, taking it all in and listening to every little word.

Now, I don't know if you can see these finger nails or not, but they are painted with little white pokey dots on each finger and toe. Yesterday was a teacher in service work day so the daycares were closed yesterday and the kids stayed at Aunt Teresa's house. Katie watched them. Well, while they were there, Katie painted all 10 fingers and all 10 toes like this. Katie said that Cassandra sat still the entire time and she didn't have a bit of trouble painting them. Anyway....I thougth I'd take a picture of the master piece because already some of them are starting to wash away.

She has her Daddy's stubby big toes but the rest of them are my long toes ;-)

Awe.....just too cute for shoes!

Fish is Going to Church

My dear sweet neighbor bought this fish for Jase at a garage sale on Saturday. He has not let it out of hands for more than 5 minutes the entire weekend. He even took it to church. Of course the "fishing" guys at church had him telling very tall fish tales. Supposedly this fish was hard to reel in from the lake, it pulled the line really hard, and there was a bigger one that got away! I just shook my head knowing my poor little incent little boy was lying in church. Oh my....





He is proud of it!

And of course the Princess scored an adorable little skirt from her Mema.

Awe.....but she just looks too grown up. Ugh....my baby girl is turning into a little lady.

To me this is so funny! The swim instructor told the parents to over emphasize that you are taking a deep breath and then to go under the water and blow bubbles with your child. After watching Jase, I think I might be over doing it just a little bit. I hope I uploaded the correct video...here you go......he is so hilarious!

Grace turns four

This is Cassandra's little friend from Awana's who goes to the same Cubby class as Cassandra. Her mom and I used to work out at Gold's Gym before we had our babies. Our little girls helped us get reunited!

Wow....I'm behind on my blogging! (which also means I'm behind on my scrapping as well). These are the pictures from our company that visited July 18. We went to Lake Bryan and played in the water a little while.
Cory had to show off and drive the jet ski like a crazy man! Of course, I wouldn't ride with him after I watched him do his 360 turns. I'm not that crazy!
Cody and Jerrad are going to make wonderful parents. They both loved our children!
