Watermelon Anyone

Okay, so I kinda finished scrapbooking tonight and I have this pre-made watermelon scrapbook page that I need pictures for. So....that's why there are so many watermelon pictures. I counted up the pages that I have done in the past 3 weeks that Cory has been at work and it was 54 total pages. That's a lot. Thank goodness I started buying pre-made pages or I would never be able to keep up. I hope you enjoy the many faces of Cassandra eating the watermelon, Jase wasn't too impressed and only took a few bites. He has been a little puney today, so that probably had something to do with it too. Okay....enjoy the pictures! I gotta go scrapping!!!

Cow Appreciation Day

We are really loving All God's Children Daycare. Cassandra had two field trips this week. She went to Tanglewood Park yesterday and played in the splash area and today they went to Chick-Fil-A. It was cow appreciation day and if you dressed like a cow you received your meal free. It was awesome, I think there was 34 kids that all dressed like a cow. I was seeing spots everywhere before I left.    I have to give it to the ladies that were corralling the kids, it took a lot of work to coordinate this outing and by the smiles on the kids faces it was much appreciated.
Can you spot Cassandra, she is the third one to the left with white and black bows in her hair.  They are waving goodbye to the cow (or in Cassandra's case, goodbye and good riddance).

She was a little surprised to see me and maybe a little confused, too.

This is one of her new friends, Cassandra said, she is nice.

Of course Mommy had to get a picture of us together.   You know me!

Cassandra was scared of the cow (of course), can you spot her?

This is her telling me, "Momma, I don't like the cow." She really has started talking a lot more and with A LOT of expression. She is a hoot!

Jase's Turn for Swimming Lessons

Teresa, Katie and I took Rylee and Jase to their first swimming lesson's today. I wasn't too sure if Jase was going to stay the entire 30 minutes because he cried, and cried, and cried. I don't know what made him so upset, he just doesn't seem to like the water too much. But anyway.......here are a few pictures from our evening.
Rylee did very good. She was having a good time. Way to go Rylee! Isn't she adorable?
Ooops......Aunt Teresa got a picture of him happy....hummm....something must have been funny.
Okay....maybe this swimming thing isn't so bad after all.....I'll stay a little longer.
We bumped into Jase's new teacher, Mrs. Brenda from All God's Children DayCare at the pool. She was telling me that he was really a good boy but later on, I think she saw a different side of him. Anyway, it was neat to see her there. She was taking her granddaughter to lesson's too.

He wanted to get in and out of the pool. In, Out, In, Out, In, Out......ugh.....
Can we pee in the pool?
Is it time to go home yet? I have had enough!

Fort Boggy State Park

Cassandra's old teacher at Camelot "Ms. Tina" invited us to join them at Fort Boggy State Park today. It was really a nice place to go. The water was very clear and we saw a lot of bass swimming around us. I think it would also be a great place to go fishing. Anyway........here are a few pictures of our day. Robin went with me and her two grandchildren. We all had a lot of fun! Enjoy the pictures!

Happy 4th of July

Oh me.....when do kids start sleeping in? Geez, Jase was wide awake and ready to go this morning at 5:45 a.m. I think Cassandra did sleep in until 7:30 ish but still.....when do they know it's a holiday or Saturday and they can sleep in and not wake up so early???? Then.....once did they start moving around it didn't take long for the whining to start. They were taking turns pushing theirselves in the "doll" baby carriage and "kid" shopping cart until it turned over and Jase started crying because Cassandra was crying..........it was like I needed 2 sets of hands .....but somehow we made it........just a ziploc baggie of ice for the bobo and they were brand new again......I was able to grab a few pictures of them in their red white and blue! Happy Birthday America! Happy 4th of July everyone! Stay safe!

Big Day for Our Babies

Oh me.....my babies are growing up. They both went to the same day care today. I thought I was going to cry. Jase started crying when I left him this morning but I called and they said he quit crying right away. They were both so excited about attending a new school especially when I bought them a new lunch box yesterday. They were so cute and were very precious when we walked into the school, they were both holding hands. They love each other very much! When I picked them up, they were all smiles. They had a great day. You could tell Baby Jase was still a little in culture shock but he was a trooper. He was yawning on the way home. He was wiped out. Then, little Miss Cassandra was telling me all about her new friends and her new teacher. She said her teacher was nice. It was probably one of my easiest nights getting them to bed. They crashed and burned in no time at all. I think they will be ready to go back tomorrow. Yea, I think we are "ALL" going to be happy with the new daycare. Praise the Lord!!!!
