Home at last!

We really had a great trip with Mark, Sharon and Lucas in Cancun. We felt like it was one of our best vacations ever. I'm not sure if that was because of the great friends we were with or it was the all inclusive resort that included child care that made the trip perfect, but none the less.......we had a blast and are looking forward to booking our next trip. Of course, we have to build up our monies beforehand but we are ready to go again. Here is a great picture of all of us on our last night at the Mexican food restaurant. We couldn't have picked a better place to eat on our last night. Yummy Mexican food. We fell in love with the appetizer Civeche during our stay and are looking forward to trying to duplicate the recipe at home. It's DELICIOUS!

The little man cried a lot on our vacation, I'm not sure if he was cutting teeth or if he was always irritated with us because we put too much sunblock on his face which resulted to his eyes burning. Anyway, here is one picture of him smiling and being happy. Nope, he is not in a swimming pool......we were trying to play Putt Putt Golf with Lucas and I was trying to hold Jase and keep him from crying but I finally gave up and let him do his thing, so he headed straight to the stream that flowed amongst the golf course and played in the water. Cory said, "let him be, at least he is happy". So, we did....he was having fun finally at last.

Yep, I think we are hooked on scuba diving. Cory loves it and you cannot dive unless you have a buddy......so, here is to many more diving trips!  Partners for life!

I just love this picture of Lucas. He was so enjoyable to be around this year. He has grown to be such a very nice young man. We were very proud of him for catching the biggest fish (a sailfish) and for becoming a certified diver on this trip. Way to go Lucas!

The kids didn't care too much for the beach. Cassandra said the water was nasty. She wasn't used to it tasting salty. So, we spent a lot of time in the pool area.  We highly recommend the Crown Paradise Club for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cancun.    But, it is also good to be home!
